Recorded on a 2 track tape recorder in Cranston, Rhode Island, 2001–2002. This lo-fi demo is open for all to share in remembrance of a talented spirit, Blake Soltys. These songs were written with a definite nod to early hardcore punk with unique, uncompromising ferocity.

Nouveau Riches formed in early 2001. The band was only officially booked for one show ever though they played many more gigs unofficially. The focus of the bands live gig was to show up unannounced, jump on and play a set, sometimes even using equipment from touring bands. It was the ultimate dick move and in their own way a necessary prank to keep things interesting in the Providence punk scene, in its short lifespan.
